LEAD THE WORKOUT YOU WANT TO HAVE

All, we have such a wonderfully diverse group of athletes participating in our club this year that I think each of us should make a habit of leading activities by taking a "Lead the workout you want to have" approach.

For example, tonight I'm going to the pool, Lis wants to practice her MTB skills and Allison plans to rock some hill climbs on her road bike. We're each going to post to the FB group the details and each of you are welcome to join the activity most appealing to you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take it upon yourself to do the same on those days you feel like having some company. IT DOESN'T MATTER how fast or experienced you are. 

WHAT MATTERS is a welcoming smile and encouraging attitude!
